Is the establishment fee automatically taken at the same time as the fixed repayments or is there a separate manual payment required?

I already have the virgin flyer card credit with the minimum credit balance. I want to try get this loan for the points. Would it be better to cancel the card and then apply for the loan or not cancel the credit card when applying?

Juat received the 5* offer for April. No cap mentioned. Must spend at least $2.5k to be eligible. April will be my 4th month holding the card. I have spent approx $2k a month so far.

I paid the ATO using this card last week. No points accrued unfortunately . Was worth a punt though.

Just wondering if it is possible to book a rewards seat for an adult and an infant with krisflyer points? When I go to book it on the app, the infant selection is greyed off. Is this a restriction with krisflyer?

No worries! I can confirm that I received 5k ff points on my first spend a few days ago. I also just received another 2.5k ff points and triggered the free domestic flight by purchasing a carbon offset from Sydney to Brisbane for $1.04! :) Link to the Qantas carbon offset here...

I have had no problems with receiving bonus points while holding another American Express card. I also received a "refer a friend" bonus for referring the missus while she was holding another American Express Card :D Here is my link to the American Express Velocity Card with 100,000 points...
