Did mine through Amex still not issued, spoke to Amex they are not sure yet if ANZ will honour, I doubt they will bu lets wait and see. :rolleyes:

Yes initially both on ascent, then gateway appeared, some ascent points earned on explorer were forfetied, spoke to amex about it but they are still investigating. Bonus posted on gateway.

Mine was the same, there were no points credited for purchases in either Ascent or Gateway. The connection with Ascent didn't quite work as I thought it would. They are investigating apparently.

New development, reached the limit, transaction cleared today. In the rewards drop down menu there is now Gateway program as well as Ascent but there are no points posted at all for transactions or bonus. Called Amex and they said it takes up to 72 hours for the new program accounts to activate...

Will report tomorrow waiting for the transaction to clear :rolleyes:

I did some investigation with Amex on the phone and they have enrolled me in Ascent for my Explorer card which means 2 MR per dollar because Im a good customer blah blah, which means most likely no bonus points we shall see i guess I'm so impatient!

Yes it says points are under Edge card ending xx_x. I thought once it posts points Gateway will appear in the drop down under Edge.

Should hit the 1500 mark this week with Explorer and report if I get the bonus ( currently holding Plat Edge ). I still can't see Gateway in the drop down menu on the MR website, only Ascent. Something is messed up. :confused:

Hmmmm so got the card today (didn't even know was approved) and under points balance it says check your Platinum Edge account????? I thought they are two different rewards programs??! Does this mean bye bye to a potential signup bonus?
