Well for me that is a no. The ANZ still earns some points, and so the difference in points gained for my circumstances does not offset the 3%. For myself this is all spending on private and not business related travel. Though I also use the same card for my occasional non-travel related...

Avoiding this is why I use the ANZ Traveller Card when I am overseas instead of STG or Amex Cards. Earns less points, but saves the 3%.

In Canada from memory Banks are not allowed to charge ATM fees.
