Yes, I didn't ask for any offer until I realized that she was actually going to close my account. I then suggested if there was any offer available, sadly no. I put through some real decent amount via the Prestige, anyway I have moved all my spending to Amex now.

I called up today, was hoping to receive 15,000 pts or next 3 months at one extra point per dollar spending. Couldn't convince the lady to give me either offer. So went ahead and closed the account and canceled the card.

Same issue here with the $400 travel credit note, I rang up and reported issue, was promised a call back in 48 hrs and had nothing so far. But if you ring up and get them to book over the phone, you should be able to use the $400 CN anyway.

Never failed on me yet, and all my rooms are usually prepaid.

It's actually easy to get points for more than one room, all you need to do is on check out tell the staff to transfer all the room charges onto one room (the room that you stayed in under your name), and you will get points for all rooms that were booked, it works even when it is more than 2...

I used two Vouchers, booked two international returned flights and made the trips a few days ago, still haven't received the double SCs. Then I realized when I booked the tickets by using the Vouchers, it didn't let me put in ABN when booking the ticket. I then added the ABN into my booking...

Same thing happened to me a few weeks back, however you can still get around it by click "Use Points for Charges", then click "My Points" under "Points Account" Tab. Hope this helps.
