Already did that on their Facebook page. There are a lot of people complaining but just being told to be patient. Some people have received an email to say it is in progress after a couple of months but I haven’t received anything apart from initial email when I cancelled.

Sorry I can’t help but I am also waiting to have my miles back into my account after I cancelled a flight well over 2 months ago. I have called many times over the past few months only to be told that it was escalated and things are taking time. I have given up calling now for the time being...

I’m having the same issue. Cancelled not realising that the miles (110,000)wouldn't be reinstated. Many, many calls with no call back and no resolution. Have been told it has been escalated Many times. Would really appreciate if you could tell me how you managed to eventually get them back...

Nothing for me either. Submitted on 18th, received no notification until I sent a number of messages through contact centre. Finally acknowledged receipt of documents late last week.

You too can do this if you are willing to live on bread and water for the next year. Though i like cruising in balcony if I want to do more lux I have to slum it in an oceanview It’s worth the sacrifice to get free alcohol and as a solo female they supply dance partners. How funny

Re: ANZ Rewards Travel Adventure now 60,000 velocity points; 1 domestic return flight I had Black card and got a Traveller card and still got 60000 points. I cancelled Black after about 3 months when annual fee was due.

I pay my Click Energy with this card and it is treated as government unfortunately.

Mine was completed within the hour.

Update - Called straight back, got a different CSR and it was no problem. Programs merged and should take about 3 days for points to go across to Ascent.

Just rang MR to merge my accounts and was told that I would have to transfer all my Gateway points out first. I will ring back another day and keep my fingers crossed.
