Ever since AA changed the booking class for their domestic narrowbody First class to business U buckets, they no longer have any inventory on QFF or BA Exec. There seems to be plenty of U ​availability on the AA site but QF can't access it. I thought it might have just been a problem on the QFF...

Random pop up, but it pops up pretty much every time i'm on the QF website. The person on the other end seemed to know a lot more than the punks in the call centre who had hung up on me 3 times out of 4.

Just a note, I had a great experience making changes with the online webchat feature. No wait, and took about 15 minutes. They deducted the 7,000 points through the webchat as well. Needless to say I was gobsmacked that I managed a quick and painless transaction with QF.
