Sorry - poorly written comment, written in a hurry. What I am curious about is how much this particular application has dropped your credit score...or anyone else's for that matter? Thanks!

    Citi and bpay

So my understanding is that if the BILLER accepts BPAY payments from Credit Cards that the transaction would be treated as a BPAY payment, but if the biller does not accept BPAY from credit cards it may be processed as a cash equivalent transaction, what does everything think? I know this is how...

Hey Guys, Apologies if this is a dumb question - are BPAY payments still afforded the (up to) 55 days interest free or are they treated like cash advances? Many thanks

$0 Annual Fee for Life on Citi Platinum/Signature CC Complimentary Insurance

Apologies, I am new. I assumed this question had been asked and answered several times, but I simply don't have time to go through an 87 page thread....and knowing the purpose of this forum I (rightly, judging by the quick response I received) assumed that one of your good selves would take 30...

ANZ Platinum, 50k bonus QFF points after $1500 spend, no annual fee first year

I phoned yesterday to ask that question and was told a NEW customer simply means someone who DOES NOT CURRENTLY have a card with ANZ. The example I gave was specific to me though and I cancelled my ANZ card 3 years ago. From what I was told though, same same.

$0 Annual Fee for Life on Citi Platinum/Signature CC Complimentary Insurance

I am still waiting. My app was submitted 4 weeks ago now...I have made 3 phone calls .... each time to be told they don't know why it's delayed and everything is verified and it is sitting with the approvals team. This is getting ridiculous! Income has been verified and is over 25k above...

    Macquarie Visa Platinum - 40,000 points for $5000 spend - $99 1st Yr Fee

I applied under this offer in Dec last year - great card, loving it so far. However I have no desire to pay an annual fee on the first anniversary. Has anyone ever had any luck getting a fee waiver with Macquarie? Or am I just wasting my time? I'll obviously cancel if I don't get a fee waiver.

I already have this card, I signed up under the previous offer of $0 annual fee for the first year and 30,000 bonus points. I only signed up in March and am going to phone and ask to be given the fee free for life. Has anyone done this and had any luck? Any suggestions for me? I see on the...

$0 Annual Fee for Life on Citi Platinum/Signature CC Complimentary Insurance

And now my application is back to 'in progress'. It's now been 16 days since I applied and I still don't have an answer ... even though my income was verified over a week ago - very surprised they are so slow! Called again and was advised I will have an answer by the end of the week. Wish me...

    Bankwest Transaction account [General Discussion]

I'm technically an existing customer because I have an offset account that is classed as one of their transaction accounts, so unfortunately I don't quality for the 10k bonus points. I emailed and phoned asking to still be given the bonus points as I don't technically use my offset as a...

$0 Annual Fee for Life on Citi Platinum/Signature CC Complimentary Insurance

No one is filling me with confidence about Citi's application process. I applied 14 days ago and haven't gotten formal word yet. My application status has gone from in progress to conditionally approved to in progress and back to conditionally approved. I was also emailed 3 times telling me to...

Annual fee [waived when 'threatening' to cancel?]

God, they have change their tune in the last couple of years then. I had this card 2 years ago and rang trying to get a fee waiver for the second year, advising I was going to cancel as I found a new card without an annual fee and they let me cancel...the best they would offer me was 1,000 points
