Hi QF3/QF4 - J fare SYD - HNL - SYD yeilds 320 status credits and 2 segments - under DSC, you got 640 QF5/QF6 - J far SYD - SIN - SYD yeilds 240 status credit and 2 segments congrats, thats gold status, and as you fly J anyway, your real benefit would be the 75% more Qantas Points per flight...

Had a couple of WJ flights earlier this month, YYZ- YVR (premium economy - they call it plus) and YVR - LAX (economy). Both on 738s. Domestic route had tablets or BYOD using westjet app and international route had seat back screens. On time flights and very nice flight attendants. I read...

cool, 2 aircraft, 2 legs, same flight number, so usually how heavy is the passenger load from LAX to JFK if the flights are only sold as an inward connecting flight (stopover permitted)?

Most times for my syd-mel and back treks on 332 have been the upgraded aircraft. Last trip syd-per a few months ago, used points for business and had the new suites, very impressive.

Seriously? I thought WP and P1's service is more personalised, like a concierge service?

Hi mate we did the QF/WJ combo to YVR in sep last year. Keep in mind that WJ uses T2 at LAX, opposite side of carpark to T4 so there is no direct link as T2 is a StarAlliance terminal (aircanada) but Westjet operates from there. Once you have dropped off your bags in the flight connection...
