I recently booked 3 flights with Etihad using my VA points in J class to LHR and back and was able to book the chauffeur pick up and drop off. I just rang the guest contact centre for Etihad. Flying this month and next month.

Thanks for the tips, I will look into those cards. I tried payments under $10k each time but did go over $30k in a statement period. As soon as it went over $30k it auto cut off. My card had a limit of $15k however i was topping it up each time so I didn't go over negative $15k
