(First time post) Two year Plat Charge card. Monthly spend $10-$25k, but all personal expenditure. Called at 2pm (Australian call centre operator) the day after annual fee posted. Cited SGP airlines devaluation and loss of concierge service. Accepted a 150,000 MR bonus to stay.
