    You cant change reward bookings through the website - as the website doesnt allow you to "voucher" the flights - just cancel. I cancelled 3 sectors last Sunday - still waiting for the fees and charges to be refunded. More annoying 6k points per sector were deducted. Trying to get them back...

    Long wait for refund for cancelled reward flights Qantas - a common experience?

    SAme here - cancelled my wife's tickets to/from Tasmania in the beginning of April on Saturday. Taxes/charges not refunded yet ( 5 days) and deducted 6k points per sector. Trying to gt them back as Qantas undertook FULL refund of tickets - and reward flights cant be vouchered on the Qantas...

    Is it possible to upgrade on QF8766 SYD-CHC? Qantas claims you cant use points because its operated by EK - EK cliams you cant because its a QF booking. Any ideas?
