re: Virgin Blue & Priority Pass Lounge Access Ending July 14th 2011 I was in Continental Lounge in Fort Lauderdale last week and there was a sign in there saying it was stopping access to Priorty Pass and AMEX Centurion card holders.

TA is still claiming that it cannot be done, starting in CNS and ending in BNE. I have definately done this before and not sure why a different TA is claiming I cannot do that!

I totally agree with dsomrox, the policy of QF of no upgrades is tough on loyal high yielding pax. Saying that I have been upgraded domestically twice recently when I had paid Y Full Fare. I think QF are reluctant to do much for Platinum members as the expectations of some for future times...

You really cannot prove this until it has been available to the people of greater Brisbane and rest of Qld. Even when F was available to LAX a few years ago there was only via Auckland, therefore it was still more logical to go via Sydney. Give us some options and I certainly will support it!
