Lodged for my daughter 13.5 weeks ago and flying in 3 weeks. I've called up a couple of times in the last month and all they say is that it has been escalated. Frustrating! Am I meant to wait till the final week then camp out at the passport office?

Yes, the email for me basically said that my service request had been reviewed and responded to and I had to log onto my account to read the actual message which asked for a statement

Received a follow up today from my application on the 19th saying they require the statement. I've sent another email with the statement from velocity that I requested about a week ago in anticipation so we'll see how that goes.
