Just a note to say that my amigo number is still printing as *G on NZ boarding pass as of yesterday( lounge access and extra bag allowance were given in DUD) And my TG boarding passes today are showing *G The Amigo website has me downgraded to bronze from diamond

Downgraded from diamond to bronze,i just did a dummy booking on NZ with Amigo number attached and it's still allowing me to select the frequent flyer seats that are reserved for *G so I wonder how long the downgrade will take to reflect across the star alliance network

Grabbed SGN-DOH-DUB rtn for 3 of us in March for $1616usd total

just booked BNE-BKK-CDG on the same date for 1 pax (business then 1st) 85,000miles plus $86usd couldnt get another flight from AKL so il be leaving from BNE and meeting the wife and daughter in BKK and then all continue onto CDG on the same flight

There is a lot of biz/biz or biz/econ(or visa versa) for 85,000 miles I just searched dates n picked one that that came up biz/1st for the same 85,000 miles,there's alot out there on this route, just have to search n be flexible with dates

AKL-BKK-CDG for 2 people in august 2017, 85,000 miles pp, AKL-BKK in business n then BKK-CDG IN 1st(shld be 115,000 miles I believe but thats a LM glitch that exists) $100usd taxes n redemption fees total for both tickets

CHC-SIN-BKK SQ J for December 40,000 miles and $72 tax. Used the screenshot method as connection was greater than 8hrs,got an email back saying to call them to pay taxes but they actually called me 5mins after I received their email and took less than 5mins to process payment

Its fairly easy to look up on the NZ site to see what fares codes are ineligible to earn with star alliance airlines eg: Lufthansa - Star Alliance - Airpoints - Air New Zealand

Choose the multi stop option and plug in the routes you want with the stopover,a random search I just did to Vietnam with a stopover in coughet priced out fine(60,000 miles rtn in business)

I did get a NZ J seat last year,it was BOM-SIN-AKL on SQ J and NZ J,which was a pleasant shock

Is diamond level valid til 31/03/2017, il try and upload photo,also came with 2 paper/cardboard luggage tags ive had the card 5mins and the puppy has chewed half the bottom corner off already
