I'm going to kill someone soon - booked SYD-CHC-SYD J on the DSC offer. QF139 outbound was cancelled by QF, they then put me on EK 7 hours later, so I missed my first nights' accom and transport plus had to do taxis back home and back to SAP again. Out of pocket $500, but that's not the issue...
