    Thanks again. It did show my full surname, I only use L as an abbreviation. Somehow, I think there are too many Flight Centres around nowadays, I somehow felt guilty for not trying them out. Anyway, I think I'd rather stay with that STA Branch Manager for complicated international bookings...

    It is actually for regional, domestic, international as well as charter flights. It is a Multi-User Integrated Terminal, so everything is within the same terminal now. Much easier for transit passengers. Cheers.
