Yes. I never got the points sweep from the my January Statement. All prior sweeps have been ok. Please note I have alread made it past the 4 months of 25k bonus so these are just regular points that never arrived.

I applied for an ANZ card back in June and got rejected. Does anyone know the time limit between a rejection and then reapplying to maximise chances of approval. I believe some providers automatically reject your application if you apply again too soon?

have the "rules" changed re retention bonuses? did you have to do the whole fully cancel before offer is made then re instate song and dance?

I have called amex at least 5 times about it. I have had it escalated/"investigated" multiple times. As usual all talk no action. Customer service is a disgrace these days at Amex.

It is frustrating that Most Woolworths Caltex locations come through as EG fuel Co which dont get the 3ppd. Additionally these stations are all getting the AMPOL rebrand which isn't listed as major fuel retailer according to Amex. They really need to get on top of changes like this considering...
