QF WP travelling from London in a couple of weeks. QF flight number on EK metal. Does the QF flight number get me access to OW lounges (eg Cathay F) or would it need to be a OW operated flight? I’m happy enough if limited to QF/EK lounges, just wanted to check options.

At the bottom of the website there is an "Enquiries and Feedback" link. When you navigate through the drop down menus one of the "enquiry" categories is for a "passport application update". It took a couple of days for them to respond, but at least they did so.

I lodged my son's application on 23 Feb. Received notification that it was complete on 5 May (10 weeks). Now just waiting for Aus Post to deliver the damn thing!

@Fergo747 That was the same menu for my return QF1/2 trip in April. Generally pretty good, but agree that the lamb loin was basically inedible.
