    Emirates A380 returns on SYD-CHC

Or you needed to book on QF metal to take advantage of DSCs like I did.

    Sydney Domestic Parking Woes

Possibly because they were blissfully unaware that it had (I presume) major structural problems. There was very little warning that arrangements for hire-car pick up were changing. A customer service rep for a hire car company told me they got virtually no warning either so it has to be pretty...

Qantas Promises to Fix Ongoing Reward Flight Ticketing Failures

I'm not sure what the "fix" is meant to be but two weeks ago I booked an international CR itinerary in a mixture of QF J and Emirates F. The booking was made over the phone to the Capetown call centre and the service rep actually seemed quite switched on, but 36 hours later I was starting to...

However, I saw one recent review that seemed to suggest they are upgrading BC seats to the fully flat...

    Qantas or emirates a380 !!

Can't say I have flown Qantas business class but flew Emirates BC on A380 to and from Dubai a few years back. Wonderful, could not fault it. Had fully flat beds too. The only downside of the whole trip was the bar at the rear. It was a very new concept and a couple of passengers took it as an...
