Each individual reward leg is available, but not linked

Thanks for everyone's advice. I was just about to waitlist the connecting flight, when it suddenly become available as an Advantage redemption. So no more worrying :)

Each individual reward leg is available, but not linked

I am trying to redeem a return flight from Melbourne to Kathmandu in J class for my husband. I can get him there no problem. The return flight is wait listed. If I look for the individual legs on the way back (Kathmandu to Singapore and Singapore to Melbourne) I can see reward seat availability...

Card Promotions What is the best credit card for Krisflyer miles?

Yes, but what is the alternative? I have the Amex Explorer, but lots of places don't accept Amex. The Amplify was my go to in those situations. Now it is very slim pickings indeed going by the table previously posted.

No more SQ Suites to Frankfurt

First World problem - but we were super excited to be coming back from Europe in August next year in a Singapore Suite. Seems the Airbus is being replaced by the 777-300ER on this route. I wouldn't have forked out for Advantage fares for the regular first class offering, but guess we are stuck...

Expiring Krisflyer Miles - When can I travel?

Happy to report back that my expired points were refunded today! I ended up emailing them every second day or so for three weeks. In case it's useful to anyone, in the end simply emailing the table from my account that showed the expired miles together with the quote from their website that says...

Expiring Krisflyer Miles - When can I travel?

Can someone tell me exactly how they got their miles back, please? I spent a long time on the phone to the redemption centre today only to be told that my 290,000 miles that were due to expire in Apr 2022 were forfeit when I cancelled my redemption booking. I was told that there was nothing that...

    Easy Bill Pay - Enhanced

Thanks for everyone's help and advice. Cruiser Elite - I did call Fox Syme, I'm not convinced I was speaking to a real receptionist, I suspect she may have been a bot? Anyway, not really any satisfaction, but maybe if it was a real person they passed my displeasure on. "get me out of here" -...

    Easy Bill Pay - Enhanced

I can't begin to tell you of the problems I have had with EPB in the last two weeks. The short story is: - they had a "technical problem" and a payment to a client was reversed out of the clients account, but my credit card charge remained; around $20K. - you can't call them so I open an email...

    Has anyone used Yak Pay?

Hmmm - I might wait back to hear what Cruiser Elite's experience is like. The fact that they need you to upload previous credit card statements before they will approve your account has me feeling slightly uneasy.

    Has anyone used Yak Pay?

I know that Yak Pay has been mentioned in a few other threads, but I was wondering if anyone has actually used it to pay a business (maybe including SMSF)? I think it is probably the cheapest on the market now and at 1% for Visa, makes the dragon a more viable option than EBP.

Has anyone used EBP to pay subcontractor invoices?

You are right about the less than seamless process, but I have set up my first payment just for the SMSF, so if it all turns pear shaped, nobody is in trouble. Thanks again for your help Jen

Has anyone used EBP to pay subcontractor invoices?

Wow - thanks. Setting up my account now:)

Has anyone used EBP to pay subcontractor invoices?

Thanks Cruiser Elite, that implies I could pay into the self managed super fund? (I employ my hubby and need to pay him super) - or is that a bridge too far, do you think?

Has anyone used EBP to pay subcontractor invoices?

Looking for alternatives to the now less rewarding Reward Pay. I used to pay all my subcontractor invoices though RP using Amex. Thought I could swap to the dragon and EBP, but their FAQ implies it really is for regular "bills". Has anyone set it up for these types of irregular payments on an...

New RewardPay Rates are not really good enough

So as predicted, RewardPay has lowered their rates, but unless you are spending large $$ in single payments, I don't think it will be enough for me to keep using the service. Or am I doing my sums incorrectly? *Single payment amount Rate %(+GST) **After Tax Rate 0 to < 20k 2.15% 1.51%...
