I made a mistake and forgot to activate the offer prior to booking :( called velocity number and spoke to the 'platinum' help and got told to cancel and rebook, great service again.

Status credits/points still haven't shown for flights on 1-3 Nov time to put in a missing claim I'll let you know how I go, frustrating its back to this.

I'm having issues claiming my recent SQ flights which were denied by the missing point claim.

I've rung them today don't think they really understood and they wouldn't let me speak to another person.... Time to just wait it out and make a complaint in 7 days when it gets rejected again.

I recently flew SQ and the only legs which VA have credited me are ones which were NOT upgraded. The original booking class was flexi (E). I thought I would still get the original booking class status credits is this not the case? I've also submitted a points claim which was denied.

Yeah my choice was a breakfast burrito or muesli and I heard them announce the same for economy. Only hint I'll give you was a famous chef.

Most food on VA is really good compared to competitors worst in the last few weeks would be the breakfast burrito but I was the only passenger in business and was offered the same as economy.

Always get an amazing meal when a VIP is on board even if they are a prick.

I asked at the counter last night in Singapore flying to Perth on SQ, was going to cost $2500 which is more expensive then booking it and paying full fare. I also enquired regarding paying with Krisflyer miles which I've done previously and have good luck doing and was told no this time.

Could be wrong I was pretty tired but there isn't a Delta Lounge in the international departure terminal at LAX. I think the only Delta Lounges are in T2/3
