Apologies, if this is a dumb question. My VV points pool into my partners account. If I transfer a bunch of points from Amex to my VV account, will they automatically get pooled? or are there rules that say points from Amex can only go to the account of the Amex holder? thanks

Where in the iPhone Virgin Velocity app can I see my boarding cards? I can see 'My upcoming trips' but click on my trip tomorrow opens a web page that doesn't have a link to boarding cards? what am I doing wrong? thanks

I have made a booking, that is now visible within my HHonors account -- when open it I am offered the chance to pay for a room upgrade. I fancy trying out the executive lounge, but should I wait in case I get a free upgrade as a gold member (thanks to Amex)?

Per the title, I upgraded my charge card to Platinum, but in doing so the $200 Travel Credit vanished from my Edge card. So I whinged and it appears that Amex had merged the points accounts on the cards which they were happy to undo to make the credit come back. Presumably Amex wants to avoid...
