Just to give an update on this. My points didn't come through after a couple of days so I logged a missing points request with them. The SCs were credited after a day or two and the ticket was closed, although I didn't get the double SCs that I was due - will have to follow up with them again...

5.30pm is classified as dinner, so I believe should be at least two hot options and a salad? Possibly one of the hot options will be soup. I flew QF470 on the weekend (leaving at 5pm), and they had chicken and corn soup, veal ravioli, or the ubiquitous chicken waldorf salad.
