Sent long email to Qantas with attachments including the T & C's from late last year and an email from Qantas in 2020 confirming DSC attached to the Travel Passes
Qantas have been back to me asking for proof of the DSC offer at the time.
One would have thought THEIR email from 2020 would...
As expected after ringing again I was told " no Double Status Credits and no record of my phone call 18/24 months ago confirming the offer was still there and no record of my original entitlement "

Yes just recently.
The offer late last year was the one I was after.
I am 100 % positive I read it closely at the time but it is nice to have something to go back to them with if the Loyalty team maintain the same answer.
Because the lady I spoke to has already said I was only entitled to the double points.
She has sent my complaint to "the team "and I would just like to have the T & C's so I can go back to them if they say NO.

The previous offer in July said any offers attached to a Travel Pass did not invalidate the 2nd offer or vice versa and that is what my issue with Qantas is likely to be.

Thanks Dylarr, I sent an email off but nothing back for 4 days and was giving them time. For a horrible moment I thought I had gone senile and did it in January as well but it was actually last October so definitly last year. I struggle to even navigate around the qantas site...is it me ?
I recently qualified for Green again
I qualified last year and chose the 50 Status credits. This time the option for the 10,000 points or 50 status credits does not come up and simply says I'm qualified until December 23. I would have thought qualifying in this year would roll over to next year...
I just bought 6 bottles of " quaffable" Sav Blanc - $ 71, postage free, 250 points, used the $50 voucher so cost $ 21 about $ 3.50 a bottle PLUS, wait for it 30 QFF points on my C/card. Has to be good value and I've still got 2 vouchers left
I reckon just your existing year. Mine came through today and expires 31st January 2023 when my renewal is due. When they ring me next year I'm going to ask for the GOLD to be renewed or tell them I'll cancel and join through Qantas to get the 15,000 QFF points etc and see what they say.
