am travelling to KL shortly on one of Air Asia X cheap flights. I believe we have the new A330 aircraft on the Aussie run. any feedback would be great .

Has anybody got any info on how this new service is going? I believe there have been delays with flight leaving times out of Perth. We are traveling at end of month and would like to know how others have found the airline? Seat pitch , in flight entertainment , drinks purchase etc....

Sully... Ah very good question ... I suppose you either like customer contact or you don't ..I happen to enjoy the good and not so good aspects of customer contact...the difficult ones are a challenge I suppose... I'm trained to handle the difficult contacts and just like being out there...
