Only if you plan on applying for more credit. In my experience, a score starting with a 5 is likely to cause an auto-rejection. Took me about 6 months of resting to recover to a 650+ score.

Is that also the case with business cards? I thought business Visa/MC (eg CBA Diamond) could continue to charge higher interchange.

I'm a paying customer of Veda and I emailed them asking why my score disappeared for a day on the 10th then on the 11th reverted back to the pre-CCR score; no response.

Definitely only once per month on the same calendar day. I sort of figured this out when I was using getcreditscore - but with a paid Veda it's explicitly confirmed (in the FAQ). This is subject to change when they eventually get CCR live.

My (paid login to Veda) is now showing my 6th Jan score, and an updated date of 6th Jan. This morning it showed an updated date of 10th Jan but no score. So I'd say they've had technical problems and have rolled back the changes (for some of us at least).
