No problems. The stairs to access level 4 is not easy to spot as its located at the far corner on the right hand side wall after you have passed through reception and a lot of people miss this as they made a bee line to the left hand side towards the main lounge.

A good experience at MEL on Sunday with PB in place for our A332 flight to SYD. As I arrived towards the end of the boarding process, I was happy there were two lines at the gate with the priority lane being much shorter so I guess it worked even though our flight was about 45 mins late already.

Just to add further from my experience last Thursday, there was no queues at security all when I arrived at the airport just before 6:30pm so no complaints from me. Guess priority security would be most useful during Friday evenings and school holidays when there are lots of people travelling.

Was talking to a check in agent SYD earlier this evening and she noted premium entry is now also open in the afternoon from 3 to 6. Sounds like there are slowing reinstating this feature which is good news.
