This happened to me also….(Sep year end). I patiently waited until Dec for the 100 SC rollover to arrive, but still nothing so caved in and called. The agent said they would look into it and resolve it. Now Jan and still not resolved, so have just called again…. 🤞

To be honest, I don’t really mind what the truth is - whether the points are really “worthless” or not, but I suspect that this increased perception might further influence Vanessa Hudson and her leadership team* to increase availability and ease of booking for classic award flights…. *assuming...

Ah, good point! I should have mentioned - it is international (Aus-to-Europe)... Good point on the return leg needing to be booked via the international site - hadn't considered that. And that's a great idea re: adding the return leg onto existing PNR later.... thanks!

Yep, just received this as well. My re-qual is end of Sept and although on-track to requal WP so far, the next 6 months were looking challenging given COVID-19 (not withstanding my recent DSC booking spree). Great news, well done Qantas.

I assume that is Y? Noobie question, but if for some reason you did need to change the flight ;) , does it need to rebook into Y, or can you book into Q,V etc as long as fare more expensive?
