    Pretty sure they just ignored me over and over on email. I think I called and called till I got Hobart and might have gotten a few hundred from them when I sent the bags receipt. I am wp though, ymmv.

    I sent them the 1473 worth of receipts I spent. Clothing in nzd is very expensive, I needed shoes, rain jacket, jumper etc etc adds up quick! Toiletries, cheap electric razor. I completely agree, 300 bucks was just a pair of shoes!

    It went no where so far. I've put a request in for ORC so I get the 80sc I missed. There is an error listed on the wantas website re scs so will call after the 24th which is when the error is supposedly fixed.

    Quick question.... caught up in the Sydney storm today. Downgrade from J to Y on a paid fare and re routed. Can one claim both ORC and fare difference? Do you ask the ff centre or the call centre for the fare difference?

    I just 2600 bonus points. extremley annoyingly this is the first i've heard of the promo. I was overseas for 7 weeks during the promo but didn't use the card much as the fees are too high vs other cards! I *may* have used it alot more!

    Contact center incompetence. I noticed when I got home. Honestly perplexed by the lies peddled by Qantas, re what 'airlines' accept liability for, general Montreal convention giving the finger to etc.
