    ANZ card poll

    Had an interesting response from ANZ yesterday. Rang to ask if they would refund my Gold & additional card fees pro-rata if I cancelled 6 months before anniversary. They wanted to know Customer Number and enquiry password. I asked why they needed that when I only wanted to know their policy...
