Just a data point: I cancelled yesterday online 2xJ saver redemptions and points came back instantly. Still waiting on taxes. They confirm that all fees are waived when you click to cancel and confirm the credit card the taxes will be refunded to before you hit the actual cancel button. FYI

If you call they can confirm over the phone and give you the number i requested an emailed certificate however they wouldnt provide it. I havent tried booking as yet.
