Hi all, I am planning a trip PER to JFK for Auguust 2018 in J class. I have enough points for flights with Qantas, AA or Virgin and there is availability on all three. My question is which program is the best use of the points? Thanks for your opinions.

No. There is plenty of availability on Qantas with either CX or Q. Just trying to avoid the surcharges. Have booked return on CX through qantas last night. Thanks

Thats right. Routing is Per - HKG and then HKG to JFK flying with CX

Hi all. Long time member haven't posted for a while. Just on the phone with AA tring to book a flight Per to JFK in J and the agent is trying to tell me that the cost will be 110000 points per ticket instead of 80000. Is this correct or is this flight only able to be booked as 2 sectors? Thanks...

Thanks for that. So VA can be booked as one redemption but AA treats it as 2 sectors.

Hi NDiddy Also checked awardtraveller and yes available for the dates I put in ie depart PER 3/9/12 return 17/9/12. Entered flexible with dates etc. Do you need to have the required points before it lets you see that it is available? Could that be why it doesn't show up. I only have 40000...
