I’ve done a number of long haul and regional flights recently (incl coughet) and agree the meals have significantly improved.

I can’t see how the curfew would affect either of these flights. Both QF1 and QF9 (the inbound flights) have been reasonably ontime anyway in the previous days. QF10 nowhere near curfew. Maintenance/crew illness or rest would be my guess.

Hilton Canopy London City has the movement sensors on the aircon.

Don’t have pics but flew 787 couple of weeks ago and 11 D and F have the full foot space. A and K do not.

Booking UK properties is an absolute pain in the backside - all to do with the new credit card online purchasing rules which changed last year. At least with Amex you can white list Hilton - using my work Mastercard is a right pain. it’s not unique to Hilton though TBH.

The other lounge still open is the Amex lounge (if you qualify). EK413 last Thursday I was through security in 5 mins. The terminal past passports is totally dead though - quite depressing IMO.
