I've also had no problems splitting the bookings on two previous occasions. Hoping the same is possible again for some upcoming bookings that we need to change!

I've generally had pretty decent luck with asking for row 3 at check-in as a gold member, even if when booking I can't get that close. Guess it depends on the day!

Brisbane lounge on Friday had some great options - enjoyed both the Tom Kha style Thai soup, and the Mexican chilli con carne combo. Unfortunately none of them were suitable for vegetarians though. This isn't applicable to me, but important to note.
