Thanks all - the ORC was applied within minutes of my call. Unfortunately it was almost impossible to understand what the associate was saying but she knew to reverse the credit for the replacement flight. Happy anyways as I also have a few UA points

Hi I'm sure this general topic has been discussed but I can't find the thread. On Sunday 30 April, QF7 to DFW was delayed by 24 hours. I needed to get to Montreal and Qantas rerouted me via HNL on QF3 and then UA218 and UA4688. Travel was booked in discount economy and I'm lifetime silver. So...
