So mine is the other way round to most - 45k for me, 90k for referred (Plat Charge). Though mine doesn't seem be limited to one referral (says I can earn up to 200k per year). Maybe its because most years I've hit the cap before

The $100 for additional cards is a pain - however worth it as they to get the 20% extra status credits

I'd pay $3200 for 400,000 points personally so would keep the Cent. That said - you won't get the Accor Plus with cent so if thats important, take that into account
