I used My Qantas Platinum with USA Amazon and paid in $Au Qantas still charged the foreign exchange fee I have use other cards that did not anyone else had this happen

I called to to see if I could change my Velocity to Explore rand was told no that I would have to apply for the Explorer. I really don't see why they can't just change over as the credit limit would stay the same.

I have the Velocity Platinum card and my wife the Platinum edge card, we are going to use out free Virgin flights soon and I was wondering as the card allows two lounge access per year can my wife get in with me and use the second lounge access
