I was emailed out of the bkue by Velocity last week giving me complementary Platinum as a 'valuable corporate customer.' I hadn't applied for a status match or even booked a flight with them and had silver status as was. Anyone else getting this? I'm not complaining, but just thought it strange.

I had the pleasure of enjoying the first day of the breakfast service on this route. I was very impressed. There were a few teething problems with speed of service but the crew did a fantastic job and the product is very much improved.
