Thanks What if you buy a Flexi & use points to upgrade to business do you still get the SC's (obviously at the Flexi rate)?

The Velocity Status Run Master thread

Quick but probably stupid question, I'm flying OOL to MEL return for work I don't see anything about SC's so I'm presuming Saver earns 0 Flexi Some & Business more. I'm about 100 off Gold but have about 6 months so I'm loathed to pay $250 each way for Flexi when I can get a business reward for...

So... what car do you guys drive when not flying?

Pirellis are usually soft compound so good on sports cars but in my experience don't last long. The last 4x4 I had was a Range Rover Sport 10 months before I sold it I needed to put 4 Tyres on it so I went for a cheaper option (rather than the RR recommended Continental) Toyo they were about...

Not always the case Pirelli are fantastic tyres (very grippy) but usually a very soft compound so don't last at all. On the other hand those Cooper tyres with the extra tread are as hard as nails but if you want the car to sound like s steamroller those are a good choice

    The totally off-topic thread

The whole tax system is way too complex I'll agree with you on that. There are too many people/corporations paying a lot less than they should

    The totally off-topic thread

Ha ha this reminds me of an old thread. Some things never change. FWIW your $2k will be going to help clear up the mess the last lot created. No more comments though it's probably off topic (even though there isn't one)

So... what car do you guys drive when not flying?

M135i is a great car my wife recently swapped hers for a 435 convertible which is a great car but not as much fun. I've just got an M4 coupe which is a lot of fun but more money. Still the corporate pack with free servicing helps. I'm a big fan of BMW

No it says 1 per $ 5. American Express Qantas Discovery and Velocity Escape With no annual fees, no points capping and reasonable earning rates of one point per dollar spent, the Qantas American Express Discovery and the American Express Velocity Escape cards shouldn’t be overlooked.
