Today I booked a JQ reward flight on the QF website. Paid the fees via PayPal. After the screen returned to the QF site it returned an error. I can see the booking in my QF app. The booking doesn't appear under my bookings in the QF website? The points have been deducted from my account...

Qantas told me anyone cancelling a reward up to the applicable dates, will have the 6000 points refunded. They said it was a manual process and expect to wait 1-2 weeks

You think they were referring to just you or everyone cancelling award flights for travel up until the 31st May ??

Looks like their newsroom release was written with very little thought. If you no longer wish to travel then of course you want to cancel not change. :rolleyes::rolleyes: Ambiguous and confusing!!

So Qantas group announces "JQ11/12 (Gold Coast-Narita) – frequency reduced". I can't find anywhere which flights on which days are being cancelled. Anyone seen any specific days/dates? I've checked the Jetstar website and JQ11 is still available to book everyday of March and April. Pretty poor...

I want to cancel a Qantas award flight departing hong kong in April. The flight is with Emirates on an EK number. The option to cancel online is not available, same result on app. Says I have to call a Qantas office 😩 Any idea why cancelling online is not an option or a way around calling...

Nope doesn't explain anything. 1) The breach of the T's and C's of the BWA account. Please supply your reference clause for the breach? BW never referenced any breach of the T&C's in the closure letters. 2) Same as above.
