Just dispute the charge with the bank. Its the simplest and easiest thing to do. Plus the bank is on your side - if you have the proof - as they want the money back. You would be surprised how better they are with these things since the royal commission....

I've been getting more "spend $150 get 1500 point" dockets than i can poke a stick at lately. I never spend $150 in a shop and i'm not going to for only 1500 points. Give me 500 for $60 and id shop at coles every week without fail.

Free return flight Perth to Melbourne for the footy once a year - saving $600 for the annual fee of $195. You are laughing! Plus the 3:1 points - no where else gets that. And AMEX insurance is still pretty good.

Time to get Mrs Manlai a card i think. We can burn through $2500 in a month.
