I received the same request (only asking for a screenshot of the card/status) and I am coming from Virgin Plat. I did apply a second time so not sure if it was the first or second they are acting on.

I'd hope that they would send out some sort of response if I didn't qualify. Pretty poor from them if they don't. In the meantime I'll sit here and wait patiently, the bulk of my work travel now delayed until early next year anyway.

Anybody had any success receiving any platinum recognition for the Sofitel Auckland in Viaduct Harbour? Mainly interested in Lounge Access. Also, would using a complimentary night voucher to make up part of my stay hinder my chances of a room upgrade? Thanks, Ben
