I've had the chip and pin cent card (titanium) for about 6 months now - works in about 80% on chip and pin the rest you have to swipe and pin, but like you say excellent especially in Europe.

Have been PPS for about 1 year after switching from BMI. Never had op up from J to F often travelling on full J class a380 flights. This year travelled once in economy Syd-sin-sgn rtn and got op up from sin-Syd on full flight. That's it.

Even called the hotel Apparently the new T&C listed states does not apply if hotel is 10% overbooked.... So it appears they are using that clause... Poor form for a regular in the hotel and Diamond :(
