Okay thanks. Is that accessed through the chat now box on their website? I tried calling their Australian number but it won't even ring. I tried the contact now part on the website but kept on telling me I needed to add my title even though I did that. So frustrating.

I've got just under 800k in Velocity, when I tried to transfer to KF yesterday I got an error message. So I delinked my account then tried to link again, but now I'm getting a message saying the KF account is already linked to another Velocity account. I don't know what's going on. Don't wanna...

Hmmm that was my fear. We'll be arriving on SQ236 at 8:45pm so there will probably be a lot of people around at that time waiting for connecting flights I'd imagine. I'll try my luck anyway.

That's a bugger about points and SC's no longer crediting. I'm booked on my free flight tomorrow TSV-BNE. Not all is lost though, managed to score an upgrade for $70.

Yeah I've never had SQ flights showing up in on bookings on Velocity. Never had any trouble with them crediting though. EY bookings will show up on there. Though I'm saying that, I've got some flights booked with them & a couple of legs are missing, same as last time I flew EY as well.

I decided against renewing late last year, yesterday in the mail I got comped to Le Accor Platinum. I was only silver with Accor +. Not sure how they worked that one out?

Re: Posting of points Points & SC's were taking their time to credit to my account after recent flights SYD-BNE-TSV, I called Velocity & got them to credit it manually but they forgot to manually add my wife & son's as well. :-| Looks like another call is on the cards.....

It's certainly helped me recently, I went from gold back to pleb status a few months ago, then my wife & son flew to Russia in June. Straight back to silver & I'm heading over on Thursday, by the time we get back in easily be gold again well on my way to platinum. Family pooling is a brilliant idea!

It's probably not worth the risk. I already have my wife & son pooling into my account anyway. Cheers.

Thanks for the replies guys. Yeah I'm aware of the terms & conditions. How could they possibly know where they live though? That's the only criteria that doesn't fit for me. I don't think I'll do it, but the extra SC's would be nice.

I have 2 nephews traveling with us on some flights from Moscow to Sydney in August, do you think I could set it up for them to pool to me?
