Got my notice today as well. They have to give 30days notice of changes. The conversion rate to Velocity has not changed (2Citi points to 1Velocity) Kris changes to 2.5Citi to 1SQ (currently 2Citi to 1SQ) If you want Kris points transfer well before 15June otherwise it's 25% devaluation

Looks like Citi stopped reward points for ATO payments in March or April. No notice given. Call Centre claims to know nothing about it but did say that T&C's state that points are for retail purch only, not Govt fees & charges. No explanation on how they have been awarding points on ATO for years.
