Hi, Looking for some feedback on anyone that has used the Los Angeles International Lounge as I have just noticed this seems to be my option flying in J and Gold on the way back to Brisbane. From what I can see online, I am underwhelmed and think I might just have to find a bar or restaurant...

Lounge Access for Platinum flying Hawaiian Airlines

Re: Lounge Access for Virgin Platinum flying Hawaiian Airlines $700. Much cheaper than buying a business class fare. You are taking a risk that there will be no seats available but was lucky on this occasion.

    Upgrade Me Points

On flights like Brisbane to Sydney the sooner you check for an upgrade the better, but rarely do I have a problem getting an upgrade as long as you are flexible with flights.

    Virgin Lounge Food

<redacted> Not worked up and the word would be precious - which I am not, jut don't fly Qantas and don't spend my time in any of the Qantas forums reading or commenting on what they are doing as it is of no consequence to myself.
