Finally received refund notification email with PDF. I forgot how cheap these tickets actually were. Glad I don’t have pay any fare difference for a future flights.

It’s good to see they’re up to Mid April at least. Weird thing was when my flights were first cancelled they immediately refunded my seat selection fees.

It’s coming up 8 weeks since my flight was cancelled and I requested a refund. I now should be midway through my trip. I’m hesitant to chargeback as I don’t want to somehow be blacklisted from the airline.

My original cancellation email explicitly states refund. And when I used the online form I ticked the refund box. I’m just trying to not have to call them.

I received the below from SQ today as I immediately requested a refund through the online form when they first cancelled. Does this mean they’re no longer offering refunds? Who knows when they’ll want to travel again and I definitely don’t want to have to pay any fare difference.
