Must be Jakarta season. I'm also heading up for a weekend. Hotel quoted around $70 for an airport pickup - it would appear to be quite a mark up on local rates.

Dumb question - I registered and booked at the same time. I got my flight confirmation slightly before I got the registration email. Is this going to cause me grief down the line - i.e. a claim I wasn't registered for the promo when the flight was booked?
