AA Instant Upgrade SC run from USA west coast to east coast and return has listed a 9:50am arrival at BWI (from DFW) with a 10:30am depart (back to DFW) shown on the same PNR - is this an easy turnaround and possible in mid April?

I will be travelling on JQ to SIN from SYD via DRW. Booking JQ flights via their website only has 75mins between arriving and departing - is this achievable? Will both boarding passes be issued at SYD? Will luggage have to be collected and re-checked in?
