The NAB Velocity Platinum cards (AMEX and Visa) look like a perfect replacement. Only $150 for both and a 1.5point/$1 earn on the AMEX (Visa is 0.5/$1). Can someone confirm that has these cards that the points go directly to your Velocity account at that earn rate? Seems to good to be true!

Great find. BUT.. when you go to the link to make the donation the 'info' tab states that 'multiple donations and donations more than $150 will not earn more than 5000 points'. So doesn't appear that you can earn more than 5000 points per card?

Just cancelled my Platinum Charge Card. Like most here I got offered nothing and had to ask for the pro rata refund! Not interested at all in keeping me as a customer. We they asked about why I was cancelling I stated the $900 fee no longer equates to the benefits offered and the changes made...

Does this benefit include free baggage? I just looked up my Delta booking for December and it just states Virgin Velocity. I'm platinum so I hope baggage is included as part of the equivalent SkyMiles tier. Their baggage fees add up once you have a few sectors....
